This website and waitlist are operated by KLL Development Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 17203154), referred to here as "we" and "us". These terms cover your use of this website and the Protect your Dollar waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. The Protect your Dollar app is not available yet; when it launches we will publish separate terms that govern the product itself.

What this site is

This is a pre-launch information site. It tells you about Protect your Dollar and lets you join a waitlist so we can email you when the product is ready. No account, product, or service is provided here yet.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist simply adds your email to a list so we can contact you at launch. It is not a purchase, a contract, or a guarantee of access, timing, features, or pricing. We may change our plans, and we may close the waitlist at any time. How we handle your email is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, submit other people’s details without their permission, send automated or bulk submissions, or otherwise misuse the waitlist form.

Intellectual property

The Protect your Dollar and Budgeting to Freedom names, logos, text, and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing on it is financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
