Privacy Policy

This policy covers our website and the email waitlist for Protect your Dollar. The app itself is not available yet; when it launches, we will publish a fuller policy that covers the data the product handles. For now, the only personal data we hold is the email address you give us to join the waitlist.

Who we are

The data controller for the waitlist is KLL Development Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 17203154), London NW11 8JY, United Kingdom. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, email privacy@protectyourdollar.app.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you submit the waitlist form.
• The date and time you joined, so we can manage the list.

That is all. We do not ask for your name, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field; if it is filled in (which only automated bots do) the submission is discarded and nothing is stored.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your email for one purpose: to let you know when Protect your Dollar is ready, and nothing else. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR / GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see “Your rights” below), and doing so does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

Who processes it for us

We keep the list with service providers who act as our processors under contract:

• Vercel — hosts this website and runs the form’s serverless function.
• Vercel KV (Upstash) — stores the list of waitlist emails.

This page also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google and, in doing so, shares your IP address with Google. We do not share your email with any of these providers for their own purposes, and we never sell or rent your data to anyone.

International transfers

Some of the providers above are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. Where your data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as set out in each provider's data processing agreement, together with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until Protect your Dollar launches and we have invited you, plus a short period after, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. After that we delete it.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR (and the EU GDPR where it applies) you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have it corrected if it is wrong;
• have it erased;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive it in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time.

To use any of these, email privacy@protectyourdollar.app and we will respond within one month, as the UK GDPR requires. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or with your local supervisory authority if you are in the EU/EEA.

Cookies

This site does not set any tracking or advertising cookies, and it does not use analytics.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Significant changes that affect the waitlist will be communicated by email.
